Q: What are your hours?
A: I work Monday- Friday on orders!
Q: How long does shipping take? What if my product is lost in transit?
A: Shipping typically takes 2-3 days after being dropped off at USPS. RTS items ship within a week of purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
If a package is lost in transit I am not reliable for it! That means NO REFUNDS. I provide shipping that has tracking, insurance and some may require a signature confirmation to be delivered. I cannot control what happens after USPS has it.
Q: How long does it take to make a tumbler?
A: It typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on how many orders I have and drying times. Most times I get cups done early. Please allow this time frame for each product is custom made!
Q: What if a tumbler is destroyed or broken? Can I get a refund?
A: I DO NOT offer refunds on any custom order if the tumbler was NOT taken care of per care instructions that are included with each order! If a tumbler is damaged via delivery I will offer a replacement or discount depending on the severity, but proof has to be provided.
