Refund Policy
We do not have a return policy, which means once you receive an item, it is no longer eligible for returns or refunds. Due to COVID we have to be extra cautious!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are willing to replace broken items but will not refund a cup especially a CUSTOM or 3D (past 24 hours of delivery) and especially if it’s been used.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, hot chocolate bombs, flowers, or plants), custom or 3D products (such as special orders or personalized items like tumbler cups or mugs,) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on tumbler cups, mugs, glass cups and molds especially 3D or custom orders! If there is an issue we will make it right. That is on lost/stolen packages too. ALL DIGITAL ITEMS SUCH AS TUTORIALS AND DOWNLOAD TEMPLATES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE!

- Molds CANNOT be used for resell
- Molds CANNOT be used to create duplicate copies/ molds
Should someone break the terms & conditions you will be banned from buying molds and legal action will be taken.
